Fees are non-refundable once the service has commenced

Other Potential Costs
In addition to the IBJAUS program fee, you may incur certain external or third-party costs during the marriage introduction and relationship process. These costs are not included in the IBJAUS program fee and are your personal responsibility. Examples may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Documentation & Certification Costs
Such as:

  • ldentity document issuance or renewal

  • Birth certificates or extracts

  • Divorce or marital status certificates (if applicable)

  • Translation or notarisation fees

  • Apostille or legalisation costs

These may be required for introduction eligibility,marriage procedures, or immigration-related applications.
Travel & Meeting Costs
If you choose to travel to Japan or another location to meet your partner, you will be responsible for:

  • Airfares

  • Accommodation

  • Local transport

  • Meals and personal expenses

  • Travel insurance

Travel is always optional and at your discretion.
Communication Costs
Such as:

  • International calling or messaging charges

  • Online meeting platform subscriptions where applicable

Most members use internet-based communication, but any costs incurred are your responsibility.
Visa & Immigration-Related Costs
If you decide to pursue a relationship leading to long-term relocation or marriage, you may incur external costs including:

  • Visa application fees

  • Government filing charges

  • Medical examinations

  • Translation and document preparation

  • Immigration agent or legal representative fees

IBJAUS does not provide immigration or legal services, and any such arrangements are separate from our program.
Social & Personal Expenses
Normal dating and relationship-related personal expenses remain your own responsibility, including:

  • Gifts

  • Dining or social activities

  • Photography or profile image services (if selected privately)

  • Clothing or personal presentation costs


IBJ-Related or Partner Consultant Charges (If Applicable)

In rare cases, specific services requested through partner consultants within the IBJ network may incur additional optional charges.


These will always be disclosed in advance and payable directly to the relevant party, not IBJAUS.
Transparency Commitment

IBJAUs is committed to clear and fair disclosure.

We do not add hidden charges to your program fee. Any third - party or optional xpenses are aways your choice and responsibiity.
